CAREER RELAUNCH
A support group exclusively for our female students, where we try to understand the aspirations and hurdles women face while returning to work, the challenges faced by employers to re-integrate them, and the interpersonal dynamics that women faces at home and at work due to various social norms.
This help us find the necessary tools to enable women to restart their careers and achieve their potential.
MENTORSHIP
SCDL mentorships sessions aare designed with the objective of developing the mentees in academics and other corporate skills. The mentorship program is very important from the point of grooming you while moving from campus to campus and corporate and also nurturing your aspirations.
Self improvement plans are best addressed through an individual mentorship process and our students are assigned a mentor from the senior faculty specially for this purpose.
