• STEP 1: Click on Sign Up and first register on the SCDL Apply Online Portal. Login to purchase application form & fill the application form online with the login, credentials received by you at your registered email id. download the e-prospectus in soft copy for your reference further.
  • - The fee to purchase the application form for applicants of General/Defence category is Rs 1,200/- and for International / SAARC category is US $100 or Rs 8,400/-.
  • - Pay course fee immediately after purchasing form and reserve your seat.

Note: Application Forms are available ONLINE and OFFLINE. Application form fee is non-refundable. Purchase request for application form by post is not accepted.

• STEP 2: Upload your passport size recent colour photograph, Govt. Photo Identity Proof, Academic Records, your signature & Work Exp. Certificates (If any) in the prescribed format.
  • - Applicants applying under Defence Category have to produce: Proof of service certificate / discharge book / dependent certificate (any one document as applicable).
  • - For International and SAARC Students, an address in a foreign country is mandatory, along with address proof or copies of passport page showing visa of the foreign country.
  • - Degree Equivalence letter issued from Association of Indian Universities, AIU is compulsorily required if applicant has completed education from a school / college university / institute, which is out of INDIA.
  • - If course fee is not paid untill now, under Step 1, then pay course fee immediately after you have submitted your form along with your documents and reserve your seat.

• STEP 3: Submit your complete program fee immediately from your Apply Online login or your Student Login as per timelines specified and confirm your seat, if course fee is not paid, under Step 1 or Step 2.
  • - Online through payment gateway.
  • - By demand draft for the enrolled program. The Demand Draft should be in favour of “The Director SCDL, Pune" payable at Pune.

Note : Exam fee is not included in program fee. Pay Exam fee separately, per paper per attempt. Exam fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. SCDL does not accept any type of fee in cash.

Application Process

• Purchase the application form Online for US $100 or Rs 8,400/-. Pay course fee immediately after purchasing form and reserve your seat.

• Submit online, your Application Form and pay Full Fee from your Apply Online login or your Student Login as per timelines specified and confirm your seat, in case course fee is not paid untill now.

Note:

• International Students are required to pay fees in Indian Rupees (INR) or in US Dollars. The conversion rate of INR to USD will be Rs 84/- to one dollar w.e.f April 01, 2024.
• The South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) is an organization of South Asian nations. Its seven founding members are Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Applicants from the SAARC Countries (Except India), have to pay Course Fees as mentioned under SAARC Category for enrolled program.
• International Students may pay Fee via Demand Draft or Cashier's Cheque to SCDL. The Demand Draft or Cashier's Cheque must be drawn in favour of "The Director, SCDL, Pune" Payable at Pune, India.
