    Student Support Services
    Students of 2005/2006/2007/2008/2009 Batch can apply for a service from SCDL through the following form. Students will have to take a print out of the Service Request Form and pay the Administrative charges (if applicable) through Demand Draft in favour of "The Director SCDL" payable at Pune. Students are requested to attach the same along with this Service Request Form and send it to SCDL. On receipt of the same, we will be able to process the request subject to SCDL policies.
    Service request form can be used for following types of queries.
    1. Enrollment related
      • Admission letter and confirmation kit is not received
      • Request for duplicate ID/Barcode
      • Request to confirm admission status
      • Request for admission reactivation
    2. Profile/Demographic related
      • Address/E-mail/Contact change
      • Profile change
      • SLM dispatches
      • DD transfer from suspense account
      • Online assignment attempt release
      • Program change
      • Additional/Dual specialization
      • Category change to NRI
    3. Evaluation Related
      • For academic status
    Click on Service Request Form to download the same
    Students should not combine any administrative charges mentioned in the service request form with the exam fees. A separate DD should be sent for Exam fees with the online exam enrollment form only. If such DDs are received, they will not be processed and will be returned back to the student.

    Note: Some of the requests are applicable to a specific batch only. Please note that, following requests will be entertained for specific batch within the due dates as mentioned below. The remaining requests will be processed for all batches as mentioned below.
    * Administrative charges are applicable. Students are requested to refer prospectus, rate card for service requests and admission reactivation requests as per the type of request.
