SCDL has come in for praise from UNESCO, Bangkok, which has published a case
study on its low cost online methods of learning. The world body published the
case study on the SCDL in its Asia –Pacific Journal two weeks ago. The journal,
which is circulated in various countries in the region, has analyzed the low –
cost, online aids provided by SCDL.
