Overview:  
This program aims at acquainting and preparing the learners for the theoretical and practical aspects of Technical Writing which is gaining a strong hold in today's competitive market. The program focuses on producing competent technical communicators who would prove to be proactive and responsible for working in every level of profession. This program even aims at developing creativity, eye for detail and time and process discipline among the students as per the need of the industry.  
   
Duration and Registration Validity  
The duration of the PGDTW program is of one year, while the registration is valid for two years.  
   
Eligibility  
  • Graduate in any discipline, from a recognized University, OR
  • International/SAARC students who have graduated from a recognized University.
  • Student enrolling for Technical writing program should be graduate with English as one of the core subjects or Graduate from a college with medium of instruction as English or should have passed 10th or 12th grade from an English medium school.
**Students appearing for the final year of the graduation examination can also apply (subject to graduation within the time-line specified by SCDL).
