Post Graduate Diploma in Customer Relationship Management (PGDCRM)

Overview:
|

|
The PGDCRM curriculum is designed to help businesses use technology and human
resources to gain insight into the behaviour of customers and the value of those
customers. The PGDCRM program concentrates on the retention of customers by
collecting data from every interaction each customer makes with a company, from
mall access points whether they are by phone, mail, web or field. Students will
also learn the difficulties in creating a brand image and maintaining it, along
with business communication. The program covers key topics such as Customer
Satisfaction and Loyalty, Service Marketing, Data Management, Sales Force
Automation and the current status and future of CRM. It also builds a strong
foundation of Principles and Practices of Management and Marketing. |

Duration and Registration Validity
|
|
|
The duration of the PGDCRM program is of one year, while the registration is
valid for two years. |

Eligibility
|
|
- Graduate in any discipline, from a recognized University, OR
-
International/SAARC students who have graduated from a recognized University.
**Students appearing for the final year of the graduation examination can also apply (subject to graduation within the time-line specified by SCDL).
