The Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Corporate Law program covers the various facets of business and corporate legislations and is the judicious mixture of the two. It includes the latest acts like the
Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 and the Competition Act. Adequate weightage has been given to dispute resolution mechanisms like conciliation, mediation and arbitration. The program also familiarizes students with international business laws and laws relating to banking .With the opening up of the economy, survival of the fittest has the order of the day.
With that aim in view, this program includes areas like mergers and acquisitions, foreign
direct investment, etc. A legal professional plays an important role in today's complex business world. Our endeavor is to mould the students into complete legal and corporate professionals.
Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization has thrown up new challenges to the corporate world. To meet them, we need legal professionals, who can unravel the legal complexities so that corporate can march ahead confidently.

Duration and Registration Validity
|
|
The duration of the PGDBCL program is of one year, while the registration
is valid for two years.

Eligibility
|
- Graduate in any discipline, from a recognized University, OR
- International/SAARC students who have graduated from a recognized University.
**Students appearing for the final year of the graduation examination can also apply
(subject to graduation within the time-line specified by SCDL).
