| The PGDHRM program informs
students of the new innovation in this field and familiarizes them with
latest HR trends and practices. The students are groomed as managers who
learn right from the basic functions such as planning and organizing to
compensation management and performance appraisals. This program also
familiarizes students with topics such as accounting, economics and
others, which are important for strategic planning and decision making.
The program also covers contemporary processes and practices pertaining
to the organization and the management of personnel including employee
selection, development, motivation, evaluation and remuneration.
Emphasis is on the analysis of conflict in organizations, strategies and
processes for effective resolution of conflict. All this is packaged to
ensure that the students learn all the important aspects of HR. Today,
an HR manager plays a pivotal role in development and training, for
overall growth of the organization as well as employees. The HR manager
is also involved in strategic decision making and planning for the
organization.

Eligibility |

Graduate in any discipline, from a recognized University, OR
|
Diploma holders, (3 years diploma from recognized Polytechnic)
with minimum 5 years supervisory experience after completion of diploma,
OR

International students who have graduated from a recognized
University.

**Students appearing for the final year of the graduation examination
can also apply (subject to graduation within the time-line specified by
SCDL).
