    Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration (PGDEA) - Credit points: 96
     Overview
    The program will give a thorough knowledge of the functioning of institutions, their administration and also the overall management. The program focuses on skills in human relationship, problem solving and conflict resolution including crisis management, community relationship and community cooperation. Other topics covered include information technology and its application in educational administration, evaluation methodology including performance evaluation of educational institutions, professional development of self and other staff of the institution, both teaching and non-teaching and educational research.

     Duration and Registration Validity
    The duration of PGDEA program is of two years, while the registration is valid for four years.
    Eligibility
    Graduate in any discipline, from a recognized University, OR
    Diploma holders, (3 years diploma from recognized Polytechnic) with minimum 5 years supervisory experience after completion of diploma, OR
    International students who have graduated from a recognized University.
    **Students appearing for the final year of the graduation examination can also apply (subject to graduation within the time-line specified by SCDL).
