    Overview
    The PGDCRM curriculum is designed to help businesses use technology and human resources to gain insight into the behavior of customers and the value of those customers. The PGDCRM program concentrates on the retention of customers by collecting data from every interaction each customer make with a company, from mall access points whether they are by phone, mail, web or field. Students will also learn the difficulties in creating brand image and maintaining it, along with business communication.
    Duration and Registration Validity
    The duration of the PGDCRM program is of one year, while the registration is valid for two years.
