    Overview
    SCDL's integrated learning methodology goes beyond facts and theories; it is a process that teaches individuals not only how to manage organizations, but also how to continually grow and learn throughout life. The PGDBA curriculum builds a foundation of business savvy knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed. During the first two semesters, all students pursue common courses. The third and fourth semesters cover courses specific to a particular specialization. The curriculum enables students to master the fundamentals of management principles, latest theories and best practices in business. Students are prepared to face a challenging market by gaining knowledge of accounts and finance, learning about HR and finance functions, the current market trends and also IT skills to compete in today's IT savvy world. The students are also made aware of various laws pertaining to business and economics. Lastly, the package is complete with Business Communication which helps students create an impact in this competitive world.

    Duration and Registration Validity
    The duration of the PGDBA program is of two years, while the registration is valid for four years.
    Eligibility
    Graduate in any discipline, from a recognized University, OR
    Diploma holders, (3 years diploma from recognized Polytechnic) with minimum 5 years supervisory experience after completion of diploma, OR
    International students who have graduated from a recognized University.
     **Students appearing for the final year of the graduation examination can also apply (subject to graduation within the time-line specified by SCDL).
