	Production systems application deployment
	Management of global video conference infrastructure
	Should be able to independently install, maintain and provide support for
- Firewall (Cisco PIX) configuration and maintenance - Remote VPN - Writing Windows Script to schedule processes etc - Maintenance of: * Windows 2003 Server, IIS, Exchange * MYSQL DB/MS SQL-2005 Server. Corporate data security, Firewalls, User Management, Client PCs

	Candidate must have worked in an environment which supports large concurrent users in a web based 3 tier architecture / plat form, formulating architecture
	Candidate must hold a post graduate degree, must have minimum 4 to 7 years experience in formulating architecture, Technology strategy/ policies for large organization
	Should have hands on experience on Windows 2000/03 including Desktop support on LAN.
	Experience on File server, web server, networking, troubleshooting, MS Exchange Server, Active directory etc.
	Working with Switches, Routers & Modems
	Well equipped with Desktop hardware support & troubleshooting
	LAN Maintenance, Server Administration, Windows and Linux
	Computer Installation and Maintenance
	Programming knowledge a plus
	Should have knowledge on network Security
	Certification from MS and CISCO will be plus.
	Good communication skill (verbal/written)
	MSCE (System Admin) and/or CCNA Certified (Network Admin) professionals will be an added advantage.
	Expertise in Networking tools
	Thorough knowledge of latest MS platform, bandwidth performance, large concurrency, SQL server database, web server(IIS) implementation etc
