The Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration (PGDEA) is a diploma program which focuses on skills in human relationship, problem solving, community relationship and community cooperation. Other topics covered include information technology and its application in educational administration, evaluation methodology and research. The PGDEA program also focuses on the Legal Aspects of Educational Administration and Guidance and Counselling. At the end of the program the candidates are supposed to complete a “Project”. Project-based learning is a dynamic approach to teaching in which candidates explore real-world problems and challenges. With this type of active and engaged learning, candidates shall be inspired to obtain a deeper knowledge of the courses they are studying.

  • Bachelor degree holder / Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University.
  • International / SAARC Graduate from a recognised / accredited University /Institution.
  • Students who have appeared in their final year examination of Bachelor degree program / graduation degree course and are yet to pass the final year examination of Bachelor degree program, can also apply, subject to successful completion of their Bachelor degree program / graduation within the time period specified by SCDL.

  • The duration of the PGDEA program is two years.
  • The registration period is valid for four academic years.

B] Option 2 - Two-Installments: Student has to pay the course fees in two installments as follows:
